Mid Kent Mind’s Service User Forum is returning – providing an opportunity for our clients and service users to help to shape the future of Mid Kent Mind as an organisation.
Feedback is an invaluable part of the work that we do – and the people who access that support will have the best understanding of where that support is working, and where it could do with improvement.
From October 2021, we will be offering a Service User Forum every three months – providing a safe space and time where our clients can provide us with feedback. The aim is to provide an opportunity for our service users to tell one of our trustees, first-hand, what works for them, and where we can continue to make improvements.
These sessions will be facilitated by Lewis, who is one of our trustees.
We hope that by facilitating them with a member of our team who is external to our course delivery, it will help our service users to feel more comfortable providing feedback – enabling them to open up and be honest about the support they receive.
Our first session will take place on the 14th of October 2021.
Lewis will join our Social Group at 3:30pm to introduce himself to our service users, and will stay until 4:30pm to collect feedback once the group has ended at 4pm.
We’d like to take this opportunity to encourage you to get involved. Your feedback will be crucial in helping to shape the direction of our charity moving forwards – and your contributions will be invaluable in informing how we can support more people in the future.
Thank you for taking the time out to support our work! If you have any questions about this forum, you can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
