PLEASE NOTE: Maidstone & Mid-Kent Mind are not an emergency mental health service. If you are in crisis, please contact Single Point of Access (SPoA) on 0300 222 0123.

MMK Mind do offer Crisis provision, but this service is only available on a Friday from 5pm – 9pm, and on a Sunday from 1pm – 5pm. More details can be found here.

Our telephone lines are not constantly manned. Our office hours are 9am – 5pm Monday through to Friday.

We are Maidstone & Mid-Kent Mind and we are passionate about supporting people with mental health issues. We believe in recognising people as unique individuals and not as a diagnosis or a label. We aim to equip people with the tools they need to work towards positive wellbeing.

We offer a range of services that support recovery and wellbeing from a person centred approach. We are linked with other agencies and services that can further support each individuals’ needs.
