We are thrilled to be able to provide a blend of face-to-face and virtual wellbeing support thanks to funding received from the NHS Kent & Medway ICB. This funding will enable us to provide support 7 days a week – meaning you always have a safe space and time where you know you will be able to access support.
Our Wellbeing Support offer will be split across two specific services – our ‘Wellbeing Drop-Ins’, and our ‘Wellbeing Call-Ins’. You can find more details on each of these services and when they will be available below.
Wellbeing Drop-Ins
Our Drop-Ins provide a safe space and time each week where people can come along and access face-to-face support from our Wellbeing Coaches. You’ll have the opportunity to take part in fun activities like arts & crafts and will also get to benefit from connecting with your peers – allowing you to share your experiences with others.
Face-to-face Drop-Ins are split across venues in Maidstone & Ashford, with available dates and times listed below. You do not have to live locally to these venues to access support – these drop-in sessions are available for anyone!
Maidstone Sessions – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1pm – 4:45pm.
Ashford Sessions – Tuesdays 1pm – 3:45pm (this will become 1:30pm – 4:45pm from June), Thursdays and Fridays from 1:30pm – 4:45pm.

Wellbeing Call-Ins
Our Call-Ins provide a opportunity for you to talk to one of our Wellbeing Coaches about whatever you are experiencing. These are calls you can make in confidence – providing you with a space where you can offload, and seek advice and guidance.
Our Wellbeing Calls are available between 1pm – 5pm, seven days a week. You can find the numbers which you can contact us on below.

We have worked hard to find a balance which offers a mixture of face-to-face and virtual support. We hope that by providing some kind of support on each weekday, we will enable more people to access support for their mental health and wellbeing.
