Parental Drop-Ins A safe space and time to pause and reflect.

Ever feel like an opportunity to pause and reflect on life as a parent or carer would be useful?

This is exactly what our Parental Drop-Ins are for – providing you with a safe space and time where you can meet other people, offload about any challenges you’ve faced with your young people, and also benefit from information, advice and guidance.

These sessions are designed to leave you feeling lighter whilst also feeling recharged – giving you practical steps forward.

Sessions will take place from 10am till midday at Mid Kent Mind on the 27th September, 25th October and 29th November.

These sessions run as drop-ins – meaning there is no need to pre-book a space. If you would like to pop in to chat to our team, or to meet other parents & carers, then you are more than welcome to do so during the dates and times listed above.

Interested in these sessions? You can complete the expression of interest form below to share your details with us.

If you have any questions about these sessions, please feel free to e-mail mindhelp@midkentmind.org.uk, or call us on 01622 692383.

Sessions are funded as part of a programme through Colyer Fergusson Charitable Trust – which also includes online parental resilience courses. Click here for more details on these courses.
