Mid Kent Mind have received generous funding from Colyer-Fergusson Charitable Trust to provide 3-Week Parental Resilience courses for parents & carers living across Maidstone, Ashford and Swale.
Parental Resilience is a free, three-week course. This course has been designed to educate parents and carers about the techniques which MKM use when supporting their young people through our various courses.
Over three sessions, you’ll have the chance to learn the skills and techniques we teach young people. This is done to provide you with more confidence when it comes to supporting your child’s mental health, whilst also giving you ideas for ways you can practice self-care and look after your own wellbeing.
Participants need to attend all three sessions in order to complete the course.
Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To book a space, you can complete the booking form found below. Please note that this is a virtual course taking place via ZOOM – meaning you must have ZOOM installed before attending the sessions.
Alternatively, if you have problems completing this form, you can e-mail bookings@midkentmind.org.uk specifying which course you would like to attend.
