Parental Resilience Courses FREE Courses helping you to help you to better support young people.

Mid Kent Mind have received generous funding The National Lottery Community Fund to provide 3-Week Parental Resilience courses for parents & carers living across Maidstone, Ashford and Swale.

Parental Resilience is a free, three-week course. This course has been designed to educate parents and carers about the techniques which MKM use when supporting their young people through our various courses.

Over three sessions, you’ll have the chance to learn the skills and techniques we teach young people. This is done to provide you with more confidence when it comes to supporting your child’s mental health, whilst also giving you ideas for ways you can practice self-care and look after your own wellbeing.

Participants need to attend all three sessions in order to complete the course.

Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To book a space, you can complete the booking form found below. Please note that this is a virtual course taking place via ZOOM – meaning you must have ZOOM installed before attending the sessions.

We have seen a huge level of interest for our current course so have paused bookings whilst we process these. Thank you for your patience, and for your interest in this course. Bookings will reopen once we confirm whether there are still spaces available.

Alternatively, if you have problems completing this form, you can e-mail specifying which course you would like to attend.
