Iwade Rock 2022. Check out some photos from this year's Iwade Rock - of which we were beneficiaries!

We had an absoloute blast at this year’s Iwade Rock – meeting hundreds of members of the public, and having lots of conversations about mental health! It was great being at an event which had such a positive vibe to it – with everyone from the bands to the vendors embracing the positivity of the event.

We will be sharing more details about how much this year’s event raised soon – but, in the meantime, enjoy a photo gallery of the festival below. Thank you to everyone who made this year’s event possible!

Iwade Rock is a bi-annual music festival which aims to bring people together in the local community of Iwade whilst also driving some additional tourism to support the local area. Every year the event picks a local charity which they would like to support – and after the event costs are covered, any additional money goes to the organisation who they have chosen to support for that year’s event.

The event brings together a mixture of music acts, food, drink, and also community groups – all coming together for an event which is designed to make people feel great. 2022’s event is booked in for Saturday the 23rd of July 2022, and will run from 11am till late.

The festival has a long heritage – starting back in 2011, and Mid Kent Mind are delighted to be a partner for the next leg of the event in 2022.

We are delighted that Arriva Kent and Medway are supporting this year’s event – providing a free shuttle bus service between Sittingbourne Station and Iwade Rock in the hopes of making this year’s event even more accessible.
