How does food impact our mental health? With thanks to funding from Social Enterprise Kent, we are excited to be launching a new course for people living in Ashford giving you the chance to learn more about how what we eat affects how we feel.

What will I learn?

Across six weeks, you will explore how to improve your relationship with food, understand more about the links between food and mood and learn to cook nutritious meals on a budget.

You will also have the opportunity to meet new people and chat to our wellbeing team about any specific mental health needs you might have.

How much does it cost?

The course is entirely free and all participants will also receive a free slow cooker, set of scales and all the ingredients to make a new recipe each week!
