Baby Steps Walking Group

Join our friendly walking group which meet locally in Maidstone. This is a great opportunity to improve your physical and mental health, meet new people and benefit from some fresh air. Babies welcome! Our Wellbeing Coaches will be on hand to lead the session and are happy to provide individual advice and guidance as needed.

Wellbeing Workshops

A 4-week course will help you develop healthy coping strategies for managing stress and anxiety, understand the importance of self-care and support networks and ultimately improve wellbeing. Sessions last two hours and are led by our team of mental health professionals. Courses can take place online or in person at our Maidstone Wellbeing Centre.

Individualised, 1-2-1 Support

Our Wellbeing Resilience and Action Plans take place over 6 weekly sessions and use Cognitive Behavioural Coaching to develop proactive steps which can be taken to help overcome the challenges you are facing. Each session lasts one hour and our Wellbeing Coaches will tailor the activities and discussions to your needs; this can include work around relationships, self care, challenging or addictive behaviours and living skills. These activities are dependent on funding and as soon as dates are confirmed, this page will be updated.
