Additional Support Available In Kent. Additional support you can access.

We appreciate that changes to our services are always going to have an impact on the people we work with – and that, as we move into a mixed model of face-to-face and virtual support, many of you may find yourselves in need of additional help and support. For this reason, we wanted to highlight some of the additional support services which are available in Kent that you can access and benefit from. This is not an exhaustive list – and those of you registered with Live Well Kent can ask your Care Navigator for more information on additional support, too.

Community Groups

If you are looking for Social Groups, then we recommend that you use the ‘Connect Well West Kent’ service – funded by our friends at Involve Kent. This is a fantastic service which features lots of additional services from across the county. You can use the service to search for Social Groups which will benefit you and your interests – with a range of groups available, from those themed around arts and crafts to those themed around the outdoors. This is an invaluable resource designed to connect you with the services which will benefit you most.
