Would you like to increase your confidence to support others with their mental health? Our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is a fantastic way to develop your skills and knowledge to help those who might be struggling with mental ill health.
MHFA is a nationally recognised certification which has been created by Mental Health First Aid England. These courses have been designed to provide a safe space where people can learn more about mental health – challenging misconceptions whilst empowering people to better understand what someone who is experiencing a mental health problem may be feeling.
Each course focuses on exploring the practical steps we can take to support others by guiding participants through risk-assessment questions, and ways we can proactively encourage someone who is struggling to engage with support.
