New Courses Supporting Mental Health Across Kent In 2018
The New Year means new courses supporting mental health in Maidstone and across Kent. As we enter 2018, we are delighted to be able to share a varied and robust offering of courses – enabling people all across the area to access support which will be incredibly beneficial.
So what do these courses entail?
Youth MHFA
Youth MHFA is a world-renowned course, enabling people to learn how to implement mental health support in the work place. Youth courses focus specifically on skills which can help young people. Courses can be found below:
Courses In Faversham
We are also delighted to be able to offer new services in Faversham. These take the form of Coping with Depression and also our Peer Support group, both of which you can find below:
Work and Wellbeing In Herne Bay
We also have Work and Wellbeing courses running in Herne Bay – accessible in both the morning and afternoon to give you the best opportunity of accessing these courses. These courses start this month, so hit the links below if you are interested in enrolling on them:
