We are Maidstone & Mid-Kent Mind and we are passionate about supporting people with mental health issues. We believe in recognising people as unique individuals and not as a diagnosis or a label. We aim to equip people with the tools they need to work towards positive wellbeing.
We offer a range of services that support recovery and wellbeing from a person centred approach. We are linked with other agencies and services that can further support each individuals’ needs.
An out of hours Wellbeing Café based in Ashford facilitated by our Wellbeing Workers and volunteers.
Funded by Children in Need, we are delivering bespoke courses designed to support young people with their mental wellbeing in schools, colleges and youth organisations.
Young Persons course
A FREE bespoke training programme that supports young people aged 16-25 who are not in education, training or employment and are experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and stress.
This FREE 5 week course is a fantastic opportunity to find therapeutic creativity through music.
Whether you are a complete beginner or trying to get back in touch with your creative side, joining this FREE short course could be just the thing for you!
Work & Wellbeing lite
A FREE bespoke training course for individuals who are unemployed and experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and stress.

A FREE Five week courses aimed at helping you cope with depression, anxiety & stress
Our low-cost Counselling service is available in Maidstone and Swale.
Our social group offers the opportunity for supported socialising.
