We are Maidstone & Mid-Kent Mind and we are passionate about supporting people with mental health issues. We believe in recognising people as unique individuals and not as a diagnosis or a label. We aim to equip people with the tools they need to work towards positive wellbeing.
We offer a range of services that support recovery and wellbeing from a person centred approach. We are linked with other agencies and services that can further support each individuals’ needs.

Young Persons Work & Wellbeing

A FREE bespoke training programme that supports young people aged 16-25 who are not in education, training or employment and are experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and stress.

Music Creation

This 5 week course is a fantastic opportunity to find therapeutic creativity through music.

Creative Writing

Whether you are a complete beginner or trying to get back in touch with your creative side, joining this short course could be just the thing for you!

Women at risk of self-harm

A 4 week course designed to offer women healthier coping strategies and distraction techniques alongside peer support.

Work & Wellbeing lite

A bespoke training course for individuals who are unemployed and experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and stress. This course is a 6 week lite version of Work & Wellbeing.

Five week courses aimed at helping you cope with depression, anxiety & stress

Our new, low-cost Counselling and Guided Self-Help service is now available Mon-Fri.

Garden Shed Project

A recent merge of our previous 'Breakfast Shedders' and Gardening Project' sees the creation of the Garden Shed Project.
