Youth Wellbeing Cafe Weekly groups allowing young people to socialise. Weekly Quiz, activities and more. Full details below.

Virtual Session available every Tuesday evening.

We have developed a safe space which is accessible to young people – providing them with access to a moderated social group where they can seek peer support.

Our Youth Wellbeing Cafe currently takes the format of a ZOOM room where young people can take part in a Quiz and other online activities facilitated by our Wellbeing Workers.

These sessions have been made possible thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund.

To access these sessions, click the link below.

From 4pm – 5pm, young people between the ages of 9 – 18 will be able to access a session by clicking here.

Please note that if a young person has not engaged with our services before, a Wellbeing Worker may take them into a break-out room to ask for some contact details so that we can follow up with a consent form. This is so we have the appropriate information needed to flag any concerns during the session if we have any.

You can also fill in the below contact form with any questions you may have about this service, and we will reach out to you with additional information on how to access this service.

Alternatively, you can e-mail bookings@midkentmind.org.uk.

Young People are also able to access digital one-to-one support in the form of Digital Youth Recovery Action Plans.
