1/2 Day Youth Anger Management Course - For Young People Aged 10 - 18.


As a part of Kent County Council‘s Early Help Programme, Mid Kent Mind are offering a brand-new half-day Anger Management course for young people between the ages of 10 and 18.


This is a half-day course specifically designed for people that may have issues controlling their emotions and want to reduce the levels of anger and hostility that they display.

Utilising Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, peer interaction support, self-discovery exercises and task setting, this course enables participants to explore what anger is and how they can better understand, and therefore manage, their levels of anger.

Below, you’ll find some of the current dates available for this course:


17th February 2021 | 10am – 1pm | 14 to 18 yrs old | Available for young people in Swale District


4th March 2021 | 10am – 1pm | 10 to 14 yrs old | Available for young people in Swale District


11th March 2021 | 10am – 1pm | 14 to 18 yrs old | Available for young people in Swale District


6th April 2021 | 10am – 1pm | 10 to 14 yrs old | Available for young people in Swale District


19th April 2021 | 10am – 1pm | 14 to 18 yrs old | Available for young people in Swale District
