Mid Kent Mind are delighted to share that Little Voices Mid Kent are continuing to fundraise for us throughout 2022 – hosting a range of different events with their students and their families which will encourage better awareness about mental health and wellbeing.
You can read a little bit more about the organisation below:
“At Little Voices Mid Kent we welcome children aged 4 – 18 years providing Performing Arts training teaching Singing and Drama to the highest standard whilst building confidence and promoting children’s personal and social development.”
We are delighted to be working alongside Jessica and the whole team at Little Voices to come up with a range of creative ways that they can fundraise throughout the next year. Stay tuned to this webpage, and also to our social media channels, for more updates on what they have been up to in their fundraising adventures!
17th December (Friday) – Presentation show and award ceremony!
On the 17th of December, the Little Voices team hosted their presentation show and awards ceremony – and they used it as an opportunity to raise awareness about the local mental health services provided by Mid Kent Mind whilst also using it as an opportunity to further their fundraising.
Families attending the event had the opportunity to take part in lots of fun fundraising activities – including a photo booth, a lucky dip, and much more. There was also a voluntary contribution in the form of a donation instead of a priced ticket – meaning the team were able to raise even more during this event.
It sounded like a fantastic first event – and we can’t wait to attend future events which the team come up with!
