Maidstone Community Activity Groups - MMK Mind provide a variety of community activities for individuals in the area.

Maidstone Community Activity Groups are accessible by individuals in Maidstone and across the surrounding areas.

These services can be found below:

Music For Wellbeing  – Mondays (From the 11th of November) 12:30pm – 1:30pm. Come join us for a fun, musical time and leave feeling good! 

Gardening Group – Mondays 2pm – 4pm – Get involved in a beautiful outdoor environment. (Takes place at The Live Well Centre, Holland Road, ME14 1UT.

Cooking Group – Tuesdays. Cook and try a different recipe every week.

 1:30pm – 4pm

Arts & Crafts – Wednesdays. Come along and take part in creative and fun arts activities. 

Art Group A – 12:30pm – 2pm

Art Group B – 2:30pm – 4pm

Social Group – Thursdays 2pm – 4pm. Come join us for our weekly Quiz and the chance to meet other likeminded people.

Walking Group  – Fridays 2pm – 4pm. Join us as we explore Maidstone and take some photographs along the way. (Please be advised that this group operates on a weather-dependent basis. If the weather is not appropriate, then please call us to check whether the service will be running.)

Ashford Wellbeing Café – Fridays & Saturdays 6pm – 9:45pm. More details can be found here.

Maidstone and Mid-Kent Mind also deliver a crisis service, the Hope Café.
