Adult Services Mid Kent Mind provide a range of services to Adults across the Mid Kent area.

Mid Kent Mind offer a range of services for people aged 18 and over – all intended to encourage positive wellbeing, and help people to better manage their mental health.

On this page, you will be able to view details on all of our currently available Adult Services. These include our weekly community groups, themed around activities like Arts & Crafts and Gardening, and also include our more structured courses which utilise Cognitive Behavioural Coaching – such as our Coping with Life course.

Peer To Peer Support Group A virtual Peer Support Group providing a supportive environment.

Coping with Life - A five-week programme helping you to learn more about managing your Mental Health.
