Recovery Action Plans - Allowing people to take a holistic look at their lives and identify actions to help their wellbeing.

We are happy to share that we have received funding to provide FREE one-to-one Recovery Action Plans (RAPs) to people who feel as though they may benefit.

Participants complete six weekly sessions that help them take steps to improve their wellbeing, and with the support of a Wellbeing Worker set realistic, timely goals in identified areas of need.

The Recovery Action Plan consists of the ten following areas:

  • Managing Mental Health
  • Life Skills
  • Physical Health and Self-care
  • Relationships
  • Social Networks
  • Aspirations
  • Responsibilities
  • Addictive / Challenging Behaviour
  • Identity
  • Self-esteem

RAPs are available free-of-charge to people of all ages who feel as though they may benefit from a little bit of extra one-to-one support.

If you would like to learn more about the support which is available, and how you can access it, then you can e-mail to learn more.
