Recovery Action Plans - Allowing people to take a holistic look at their lives and identify actions to help their wellbeing.

Spaces on these programmes are available Kent-Wide (Excluding Medway).

Mid Kent Mind are delighted to share that we have received funding to provide Virtual Adult Recovery Action Plans.

Adult RAPs are being offered to increase the wellbeing and improve the mental health of those who have been adversely affected by the pandemic. These one-on-one sessions with Mid Kent Mind’s wellbeing workers will provide people with structured support as they begin to return to life under the ‘New Normal’.

Over the course of a Recovery Action Plan, people will have the opportunity to identify areas where they may have struggled during the pandemic, and will be encouraged and supported as they take proactive steps to manage those areas in the future.

The Recovery Action Plan consists of the ten following areas:

  • Managing Mental Health
  • Life Skills
  • Physical Health and Self-care
  • Relationships
  • Social Networks
  • Aspirations
  • Responsibilities
  • Addictive / Challenging Behaviour
  • Identity
  • Self-esteem

These RAP sessions are available free of charge – and can be booked by using the form below. These sessions are available for people who are over the age of 17.

Sessions take place virtually via ZOOM.

Sessions are one hour per week for six weeks.

Alternatively, you can e-mail us via for more details on our Recovery Action Plans.

This course is delivered as part of the wider reaching COMF programme – providing a range of different mental health support to adults. Other support available includes our Life Skills Course, and also a peer-to-peer support group.
