Virtual Personality Disorders Support Group Covering Ashford, Faversham and Canterbury..

Mid Kent Mind have been funded by Livewell Kent to provide several different Support Groups which will provide people with the opportunity to benefit from peer-to-peer support whilst also allowing them to better understand the things which they may be experiencing in their own lives.

These groups aim to provide a safe and welcoming online space. Moderated by a member of Mid Kent Mind’s Wellbeing Worker team, these ZOOM sessions will be an opportunity for people to share their own life experiences whilst also helping others to develop their understanding of their own mental health and how they can proactively manage it in positive ways.

Our Personality Disorder Support Group will take place on the third Thursday of every month.

Each session will last for an hour and a half. Sessions will begin on the 18th of November and start at 10am via ZOOM.

These sessions can be accessed by people living in Ashford, Faversham and Canterbury.

Once you are registered to join this session, you can access it by clicking on this link.

These sessions are available free-of-charge, and we hope that we will be able to build a good cohort of people who attend on a monthly basis so we can really encourage people to share their experiences and support each other in positive ways.

Keep an eye on this webpage for more details on this Support Group – including how to get involved – as soon as we have details on them.
