Useful Resources To Access Whilst At Home. Things to keep you occupied and support you.

It’s important to us that we provide as much support as possible during this difficult time – and that includes signposting to Useful Resources which you can access to benefit your mental health at home. This page will collect some useful resources – from activities, to helplines, and everything in-between – all designed to provide you with access to additional support.

If you can think of additional things which could be added to this page to support others, then please E-Mail marketingapprentice@mmkmind.org.uk
