Mid Kent Mind’s latest package under the Mental Health Awareness banner is Social Media and Mental Health Training – giving you the opportunity to learn more about how Social Media impacts mental health.
This hour and a half training session focuses on one of the biggest challenges we face in the modern world – social media.
This course aims to dive into the way social media can impact on our mental health and wellbeing – exploring some of the facts and myths which we commonly think of when we associate our mental health with social media. This course will help to introduce you to the potential benefits social media can have on our mental health and wellbeing, whilst also exploring some of the negatives and drawbacks – helping you to develop a well-rounded perspective on the pros and cons when it comes to our digital activity.
This training is available at the cost of just £5 per person, as it has been generously subsidised by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Our training session will take place virtually via ZOOM on the 19th of February 2021 from 10am – 11:30am.
Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
