Running for my Mind
Why not give our running club a try and discover the benefits not only for your physical health but for your mental health too.
We will take you from couch to 5K over 12 weeks, and if you are up for the challenge you can join us on our 5 or 10K fundraising run in October in aid of MMK Mind.
Our running club is facilitated by a qualified coach, and all ‘runners’, from complete beginners to more experienced, follow a training plan to suit their ability and support their progression to 5K.
You will be required to fill in a health questionnaire before commencing any training.
On every Friday 2-3.30pm
Meeting point opposite Mote Park Cafe.
