Peer To Peer Support Group A virtual Peer Support Group providing a supportive environment.

Spaces on these courses are available Kent-Wide (Excluding Medway).

The aim of the peer to peer support group is to provide additional support to individuals to help manage their wellbeing coming out of the global pandemic and help manage the ‘new normal’. We will do this by increasing social contact, confidence, and improve mental wellbeing through weekly sessions, connecting you with peers, facilitated by a Wellbeing Worker on a virtual platform.

The support group will be an ideal opportunity for you to connect with others to decrease social isolation and loneliness, providing you with a safe space to talk with others and increase your social support network using creativity in the form of artistic elements and creative writing.

This safe space will be hosted virtually – meaning you can access it at a time and place which suits you. For more details on this group, including when it will take place and how you can access it, please complete the form found below.

Runs on Mondays weekly (6 week blocks) 2pm-3.30pm. This group will run for 6 weeks per cohort and the creative element will be in the form of creative writing and art.

Please note that spaces on this group must be booked in advance.

This course is delivered as part of the wider reaching COMF programme – providing a range of different mental health support to adults. Other support available includes one-to-one recovery action plans, and also our Life Skills course.
