Mental Health Awareness is a 3 hour training session for up to 20 people that is broken down into three distinct elements of learning.
The first half of the training session covers the following topics of:
- What is Mental Health and how prevalent are problems
- What is stress, anxiety and depression
- What do signs of anxiety and depression look like and how can we help
In addition to exploring an introduction to mental health and different mental health problems, this course will also be tailor-made to explore different problems which individuals may encounter within the workplace – such as anxiety around going to work.
This session will take place at Maidstone and Mid-Kent Mind on the 19th of November 2019 from 9:30am til 12pm.
