Live Well Services (Maidstone) We offer a range of services in Maidstone including Community and Peer Support Groups. Full details below.

Please Note: April service dates will be released soon. There may be some changes to the days and times of groups as we aim to return some services to face-to-face support. We will update you with more information as soon as this is finalised.

Mid Kent Mind have been funded by Live Well Kent to provide a range of different services to residents in Maidstone, and also in West Kent more broadly.

The support we are offering is split into Community Activity Groups, which encourage people to engage with activities which will positively benefit their mental health and wellbeing, and also Peer Support Groups, which aim to provide people with a safe space and time where they can share lived experience with each other.

To access any of these services you must be registered with Live Well Kent.

You can access services easily by completing an online self-referral form with Live Well Kent.

On this page, services which are virtual will be listed in pink. Services which are accessible face-to-face will be listed in purple.
