Mid Kent Mind are funded by Live Well Kent to offer a range of services to people looking to access mental health support in our local communities.

These services are generally available to people living in Maidstone, Ashford, Faversham, and Canterbury – although there are some services which will overlap.


All clients looking to access these services must register with Live Well Kent for a 12-Week Programme. Please contact your Live Well Navigator for more details.

Community Activity & Peer Support Groups


Activity Groups which explore some of the different things we can do to maintain positive levels of mental health and also look after our broader wellbeing. We have a wide range of different groups – with different activities available to suit every interest. These include singing, crafts, gardening – and plenty more!

Our Activity Groups are complemented by Peer Support groups – providing you with a chance to meet other people who may have similar live experience, and share advice and guidance with each other.

Coping With Life Courses


Coping With Life is a structured, three-week course which aims to provide you with a safe space and time where you can learn more about what you may be experiencing whilst also having the opportunity to develop Coping Strategies. Over the course of three weeks we will equip you with the tools and the knowledge you need to better manage your own mental health.
