Livewell Kent Services Information on all the services available as a part of the Livewell Kent contract.


Mid Kent Mind are funded by Livewell Kent to offer a range of services to people looking to access mental health support in our local communities.

These services are generally available to people living in Maidstone, Ashford, Faversham and Canterbury – with a range of different services available in each area. You’ll find a short description about each of the support offerings available below.


All clients looking to access these services must register with Live Well Kent for a 12-Week Programme. Please contact your Live Well Navigator for more details.

Support in Maidstone & West Kent


Mid Kent Mind offer a range of support to clients in Maidstone & further afield across West Kent.

These support offerings include Community Groups where people have the opportunity to take part in activites which enhance their wellbeing, such as Arts & Crafts or Cookery. We also offer Peer Support Groups, where people have the opportunity to talk to people with shared life experiences, allowing them to share their advice with each other whilst providing support to one another.

Support in Ashford, Faversham and Canterbury


Mid Kent Mind offer a range of support to clients in Ashford, Faversham and Canterbury.

Coping with Life Courses


Coping with Life is a 5-week programme helping people to better understand mental health.

These sessions aim to help people to proactively reflect on their mental health and their wellbeing – equipping them with the tools and the knowledge to better manage mental health effectively as a part of every day life. The goal is to prepare people to ‘Cope with Life’ – with the course aiming to do exactly what it says on the tin!
