Contract Type: Temporary (Interim Job Role with possible potential to become permanent)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Mid Kent Mind are looking for a creative and proactive Interim Head of Services who will help to support the charity with the delivery of a wide variety of projects. The successful candidate will be a team player who is committed to our vision and mission, with a willingness to get stuck-in and learn about the services which the organisation delivers. You will be confident working with funders and potential funders to establish good working relationships whilst representing the organisation and will be able to work efficiently as part of a close-knit team – all whilst maintaining a high-standard of quality in your work.
Passion around collaborative working is key – you will provide direct support on a variety of projects, and your enthusiasm and support will help project leads to nurture those programmes to ensure they are successful and impactful.
We are a well-established independent charity affiliated to National Mind, and have a small, dedicated and creative team. Based in Maidstone, we support a wide range of people at all ages who want to improve or maintain their mental wellbeing, and this is a great opportunity to shape our future as we embark on our exciting new strategy.
