The Hope Café is a service for people who are experiencing mental health or emotional health crisis. If you are not in crisis, please do not access the Hope Café, but instead look to our Community Groups.

The Hope Café In Maidstone. Out of hours Mental Health Support The Hope Café is a free service held at our Wellbeing Centre in Maidstone. Facilitated by trained staff, the Café is a place to come for those experiencing emotional crisis or who need intervention to prevent poor mental health. The café also offers mindfullness activities to help relieve stress and anxiety, recovery based action planning and a signposting service. To access the cafe just turn up, or if you prefer you can call us before you attend. The Hope Café is open on: Fridays 5 - 8:45 pm & Sundays 1 - 4:45 pm. at MMK Mind Wellbeing Centre 23 College Road, Maidstone ME15 6YH tel: 01622 692383. The Solace Café, a sister service of The Hope Café, is operated by West Kent Mind. The Solace Café is open on Thursdays & Saturdays 5-9pm.
