Community Activity & Peer Support Groups A chance to learn new skills, make new friends and find new ways of maintaining good wellbeing.


Mid Kent Mind are funded to provide a range of different Community Activity & Peer Support Groups thanks to funding from Live Well Kent. 

On this page you will find timetables for our groups – and whether they can be found in a face-to-face venue, or if they run virtually. The virtual links for sessions can be found under each category where relevant.


Maidstone

Ashford

Please note that all of our ZOOM sessions are recorded for quality control and monitoring purposes. This is done to ensure that we have a record of these sessions so that we can action anything which may arise in a specific session – such as a safeguarding concern.

These recordings are held securely and are only accessible by Mid Kent Mind staff and by delivery partners or service funders. These recordings will never be shared publicly unless exceptional circumstances require this – and we will always seek permission before this occurs.
