MKM are providing a safe and confidential space where you can talk about whatever you may be experiencing currently. Whether the cost of living is worrying you, or something else is on your mind, our Wellbeing Workers are here to listen to you and provide you with practical advice and guidance around things you can do to look after your mental health and wellbeing. We know that finding the words to describe what we’re experiencing can be difficult – so our wellbeing workers are here to listen and give you the space to find the words to express how you’re feeling.
You might feel that what your experiencing is insignificant or that people don’t care – but we care. We want to give you the space to be heard and want to support you to overcome whatever you’re facing.
We are currently funded to provide this service to people living in Maidstone & Swale. If you feel like a listening ear could help to support you, then get in touch with our team. You can complete the form found below to request a call back from a member of our team who will then talk through things with you and help you to make sense of what you’re experiencing. If you find the call helpful, then we can also book another one in for the future – helping to work through things over a longer period of time.
