As a part of the Reaching Communities Programme, young people who complete our courses and return feedback will be entered into a prize draw.
Mid Kent Mind are pleased to be introducing a Six Weeks worth of FREE Virtual Boxing sessions this February – delivered in partnership with Olympia Boxing CIC.
This programme has been designed to encourage young people to think about the mental health benefits that physical activity can have. There are lots of studies which show that enhanced physical activity can bring benefits for our wellbeing.

It is hoped that the programme will not only encourage young people to get proactive, but will also provide them with the opportunity to try a new activity – something which may bring longer-term benefits if they find that they enjoy boxing.
These sessions will begin on Wednesday the 24th of February, and will take place from 5pm – 6pm for six weeks.
The sessions will be delivered virtually via ZOOM – so young people are encouraged to find a safe space in their home where they can access these sessions weekly.
