Forward Thinking Females
Forward Thinking Females is a course developed specifically for young women, with courses running every term.
The course incorporates elements of physical exercise combined with wellbeing education – with the aim of helping young women overcome anxiety, stress and depression whilst also improving body image. Young Women aged 14-25 can access the course.
The course will takes place on a Thursday – with the Mind workshop element taking place from 12pm – 1pm, and the Exercise Session taking place from 1pm – 2pm.
This programme has been developed in partnership with Maidstone Leisure Trust. Young women on the course will be provided guidance and signposting on further progression with their physical development by Trust staff.
