Coping With Life Courses Coping with Life is a three-week course helping you to learn coping strategies so you can better manage your mental health.


Mid Kent Mind are funded to provide our three-week Coping With Life courses thanks to funding from Live Well Kent. 

On this page you will find timetables for our groups – and whether they can be found in a face-to-face venue, or if they run virtually. Please note that spaces need to be booked directly via your Live Well Navigator – so please let them know if you would like to book onto a course.


Canterbury, Faversham and Ashford Virtual Sessions

Ashford Face to Face Sessions

Coping With Life Ashford A7 Tuesday 10th January 24th January 2pm - 4pm Face To Face. Coping With Life Ashford A8 Tuesday 14th March 28th March 10am - 12pm Face To Face.


All clients looking to access these services must register with Live Well Kent for a 3-Week Programme. Please contact your Live Well Navigator for more details.

Please note that all of our ZOOM sessions are recorded for quality control and monitoring purposes. This is done to ensure that we have a record of these sessions so that we can action anything which may arise in a specific session – such as a safeguarding concern.

These recordings are held securely and are only accessible by Mid Kent Mind staff and by delivery partners or service funders. These recordings will never be shared publicly unless exceptional circumstances require this – and we will always seek permission before this occurs.
