KM Charity Team's Big Bike Ride for 2020. Taking place at Betteshanger Park.

The KM Charity Team are hosting a socially-distanced and COVID-secure Big Bike Ride to enable you to still fundraise for local charities in a safe and secure medium.

Riders have the choice of taking part in this popular annual physical cycling challenge just for fun or they can raise money for their favourite cause through sponsorship.

Please note: Due to insurance purposes this ride is not open to anyone under the age of 12. Riders aged 12-17 must have a parental consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Tickets are £30 per person, and with just 14 spaces available, it is a chance to be a part of a special event – and probably the last fundraising event of 2020.

We appreciate that people may not feel comfortable attending an event like this, so below you’ll find some more information about the COVID restrictions which the KM team have put in place:

Please be aware that we have introduced additional safety measures in line with government guidance on COVID-19 and participants will be expected to adhere to these. On the day of the ride if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or if within the previous two weeks have met with someone who has COVID-19, do not attend the event. Stay home and keep yourself and others safe.
If, due to measures beyond our control, the event is cancelled, you will be entitled to either a full refund, the option of transferring your place to when the event is rescheduled or donating your entry fee to KM Charity to help recoup some of the non-refundable losses we have incurred in organising the event.

If you would like to get involved, then you can join the Facebook event page by clicking here.

You can also e-mail to let us know you are getting involved, so we can support you and share your fundraising journey.
