FREE Activities In Maidstone This Summer Check out this list compiled by Judith.

Whilst our out-of-hour Cafe Services are temporarily suspended, we wanted to get the Cafe team involved in some of our Communications to see if they would like to share tips, tricks and other support with the people who access our services.

Judith decided to go away and compile a fantastic list of diverse activities which you can do for FREE in Maidstone over the summer.

We all know that money can be a big stressor currently, but getting out of the house can be a huge wellbeing boost for many of us – so hopefully this list provides you with some proactivity activities to increase positive mental health whilst also not costing you a penny.
