Changes To Our Cafe Services

Changes To Our Cafe Services Our Cafe Services will be changing from September & October - returning to face-to-face support.

After a challenging year of offering virtual support, we are delighted to confirm that our out of hours Wellbeing Cafe, and our Crisis Prevention ‘Hope Cafe’ will be returning to face-to-face delivery in September and October respectively. On this page you will find more details on the changes to both of these services.

Ashford Wellbeing Cafe – Returning to Face-to-Face Delivery from September 3rd.

Our Ashford Wellbeing Cafe will be returning in a face to face capacity from September the 3rd – providing a safe space in Ashford where people can come, meet others and benefit from the support that this welcoming environment offers.

The face-to-face delivery hours will be changing slightly – as is outlined below:

Fridays: 5pm – 9pm

Saturdays: 5pm – 9pm

Sundays: 1pm – 5pm

Alongside a change in hours, the cafe service will also be available from a new location – with support available at The Beacon Centre (at Bright City Church), Bank Street, in Ashford. The venue doesn’t have parking but there is free parking available at 3pm from the new cinema complex.

Maidstone Hope Cafe – Returning to Face-to-Face Delivery from October 1st.

Our Maidstone Hope Cafe Crisis Prevention service will be returning in a face to face capacity from October the 1st – with a slight change to the function of this service due to the fact that Safe Haven now also operates from our Maidstone building as of an evening.

This means that our Friday services will be operating during normal hours – as you will see outlined below:

Fridays: 1pm – 5pm

Sundays: 1pm – 5pm

We are excited to finally be returning to face-to-face delivery, and hope that these services may provide some extra support if you feel as though you have needed it in recent weeks and months.
