Mid Kent Mind are now closed until January the 4th. Below you will find other support available for this period.


NOTICE: Mid Kent Mind are now closed for the festive holiday period. This means that from December the 23rd until January the 24th, our e-mail systems will not be operated, and neither will our telephone lines.

In lieu of our services, we have listed some resources below which you can use to access additional support over the festive period.

If you are experiencing mental health crisis over the holidays, and feel that either your wellbeing, or the wellbeing of others, may be in danger, then please call 999.


Samaritans

24/7 Chatline available everyday, including Christmas Day, for anyone who feels as though a chat would be of benefit.

A free-phone text support service available 24/7.

Childline

Available for young people up to the age of 19 across the Christmas period to discuss problems – including mental health.
